We offer Whole and Half Beef, as well as Whole Hogs, available year round so we're ready when you are. All of our animals are locally sourced from trusted farmers and auction houses, ensuring they're raised with care and quality in mind.

If you are looking to spend a certain amount let us know and we can work with you!

All of our beef are grain fed with corn grown by us. We ensure that our animals are raised without antibiotics or hormones for growth. Antibiotics are used only when necessary for the health of the animals.

Typically there is a 3-4 week turn around once the order is placed but it can be 4-6 weeks during busy seasons like Deer Season and County Fair season.

We are now requiring a $200 deposit to purchase a buy from us beef.

This deposit initiates and secures your beef purchase with us. Once the hanging weight has been provided to you, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the beef has entered the processing stage and associated costs have been incurred. Hanging weight is typically available within 1-2 weeks of harvest. Any cancellation requests must be submitted prior to notification of the hanging weight. Cancellations made after this point will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
